Energy Club WA is proud to be partnering with the Australian Gas Industry Trust (AGIT) to deliver the inaugural WA GasSpeak Colloquium in June 2026.
This year, 25 emerging industry professionals have been selected to participate in this highly regarded leadership and communication development program, supported by five senior industry mentors who will guide delegates throughout their GasSpeak journey.
For more than four decades, GasSpeak has been one of Australia's most respected professional development programs, equipping future industry leaders with advanced public speaking, advocacy, leadership, and communication skills. The program brings together emerging professionals from across engineering, operations, communications, policy, strategy, and commercial disciplines, helping them become confident and influential voices for the future of energy.
Throughout the program, delegates will work closely with experienced mentors, participate in leadership and communication workshops, and develop the skills needed to communicate complex energy issues with clarity, confidence, and impact. A key feature of the program is its focus on storytelling, influence, and leadership presence, delivered by renowned communication coach Jonathan Creek.
GasSpeak is about much more than public speaking. It provides delegates with exposure to senior industry leaders, the opportunity to build lasting professional networks, and a platform to develop the confidence required to contribute meaningfully to conversations shaping Australia's energy future.
