The Club is a not-for-profit organisation registered as Energy Club of Western Australia Inc.

The object of the Club is to:

(a) promote and encourage networking between its members

(b) provide means and facilities for persons engaged in and concerned with the energy industry to meet

(c) to educate the general public on the activities of the energy industry.

In our constitution, 'energy industry' includes industries involved in the production, extraction, generation, harnessing, development and distribution of energy resources.

The Club adheres to the Constitution. Members and event attendees are asked to abide by our Code of Conduct.

 

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS: The 2024 AGM was held on 27th March, 2024. Minutes can be viewed here. 

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in March of each year on a date set by the Board of Governors. The AGM documents are distributed 2 weeks prior to the meeting.

 

POLICIES:

Member and Guest bookings

Members will receive the discounted member rate to events as long as they are a current and financial member of the Club.

Non-members can attend activities as guests of financial members in attendance with a paid and current financial Member of that same event booking, and are entitled to receive the member guest rate to the event.

Non-members can attend events hosted by the Club at the non-member rate as specified on the booking form.

Security Policy:

When purchasing from Energy Club WA, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.
